Incorrect dispatch
If you receive an item that is faulty or if you've got the wrong number, please notify us as soon as possible but no later than fourteen (14) days after you receive your delivery. Return the item in the condition it was received along with the returned bill that comes with the package and the invoice or a copy thereof. We will pay you of course with a new product. Return the item along your receipt and completed

Substitutions and chargebacks
You have the right to change or cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days after we have delivered the goods for all products except for secret packages and underwear. The returned product must be in undamaged condition. You have the right to open the package to test the ordered goods. Follow the instructions on the returned bill that comes with the package and attach the invoice or a copy thereof. When chargebacks refunded / credited to the price you paid for the goods.

Complaints
If you have a claim on a product that is used, please write a short description of what is wrong / what happened on the return note and we'll do everything possible to correct the error. After approval of your claim we will reimburse you with a new product.
